G5/g9 Melamine tube Line
Melamine tube is based on lamination molding is a production process in which prepreg tape is cut and laminated according to the shape and size of the product, then placed between two polished metal molds and heated and pressurized to form composite products.
Melamine tube The principle is to soften the adhesive tape with the help of hot rollers on the tube rolling machine so that the resin on the tape is melted. Under certain tension, the rollers, during operation, with the help of the friction between the rollers and the core mold, roll the tape onto the core tube continuously until the required thickness, then cool and set by the cold rollers, take it off from the tube rolling machine and send it to the curing oven for curing. After the tube is cured, the core mold is taken off, and the composite rolled tube is obtained.
Due to the water-soluble nature of melamine, when the inner diameter is relatively large as greater than ID12mm, it can only be rolled 500-530mm long, which is easy to control manually. Otherwise, melamine resin is easy to produce bubbles in the middle when it is heated and hot-pressed, resulting in lower performance
