We manufacture and machine custom fuse tubes for current-limiting, high-voltage, low-voltage, EV, photovoltaic and industrial fuse assemblies. The correct tube depends on arc behavior, electrical insulation, mechanical load, temperature, dimensions and the validation standard used by the fuse designer.

  • Slots, holes, threads, tapers and end geometry
  • Rated voltage, current, interrupting duty and test method
  • Operating temperature, humidity and environmental exposure
  • Prototype quantity, annual demand, inspection and packaging requirements

From drawing review to production

Our review starts with material and geometry, followed by manufacturability, inspection points and sample validation. Performance claims are confirmed against the approved construction and test plan; brochure values alone should not be used as final design limits.
